In this blog, we would like to spotlight one of our amazing team members, Robin O’Leary. Let’s hear more about Robin in her own words.
What do you do at Loader Parts Service and what is your job title?
I am a customer service representative – CSR.
What do you like the most about working at LPS?
The core values of the company and the interaction with people from across the states and overseas.
What did you do before LPS and what made you choose to switch to LPS?
Most recently, I was a hazardous material administrative assistant at UPS. However, I spent most of my adult life in the automotive industry doing everything from customer service, service manager, and independent contractor (assisting dealers on processes and standards to help their dealerships become some of the best in the industry). Since I had made a life change by moving to this area, I knew I wanted a place that was small yet had growth potential. When researching companies, I found some inspiration from the way LPS began. I believed it would be a place where I could make a difference as well as be a great fit for the company and personal growth.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Spending time with my family is the most important thing to me and that includes my puppy, Jerry. Music has always been a huge influence along with taking road trips to discover new areas and experience some cultural differences. I thoroughly enjoy learning new foods that I can experiment with and share with others. Cooking is an awesome way to include family and friends on adventures.
What are you looking forward to most in the new year?
Possibly taking a few trips, building friendships, and having quality time with those I love.
