Loader Parts Source cares deeply about it’s leadership and equally about it’s employees and customers. This is why we put so much stock into ensuring we do not just employ great leaders, but we also strive to produce them. Last week our LPS leadership team attended the 2021 Global Leadership Summit in Mishawaka, IN for a two-day conference that was convicting, convincing, and comedic.
At this year’s summit, fellow associates, entrepreneurs, and community leaders attended in person or virtually from around the globe. The purpose was to learn more about ourselves but primarily to discover and learn better ways to serve our customers and to become better leaders. The summit was impactful and was participated by great speakers, some who are considered great thought-leaders of our time such as Craig Groeschel, Jamie Kern Lima, Richard Montanez and many others.
With all this said, the bottom line is that some great ideas and principles were learned. Meaningful discussions were had on how to better attend to our customers needs. In the end, our purpose is to grow and continue to enhance our company, our services and products, and ultimately our leaders. We have a continued need to be the best at what we do and we are constantly working on how to be the company you need us to be.
